Application: Mount on standard Steel Wheels. * Will not attach to styled steel or alloy wheels.
Materials: ABS Polymer Plastic. Spring Steel Clips with forced wire retention. Silver finish with clear coat.
Full color graphics can be printed on 3M outdoor billboard vinyl.

Installation: Traffic Ads Non Spinning Advertising Hubcaps attach like any regular wheel cover.
Simply line up the hole for the valve stem and tap on by hand or rubber mallet. Valve extensions are needed with some vehicles to check air pressure.
